The Bow Canvas Beige Bag

Very bad quality , bow is too small not like the pic they shownn....but I expected too much from this brand😭😖😖..not recommendedddd

I’m really disappointed with my experience. The quality of the bag was not up to the standard I expected from the brand. After receiving the bag, I contacted customer service to raise my concern, but instead of properly addressing the issue, I was treated very poorly and my complaint was not handled professionally.

The product quality was disappointing, but the way my complaint was dealt with was even more disappointing. I expected better quality and much better customer service from a brand like this. Unfortunately, I would not recommend buying from them based on my experience.
